[April 26, 2009]
Hello, beloved Bea fans.

It’s a shame that I have to start work on this sub-page to this website, but it is something that has to be done, and with great pride in the remembrance of a unique soul, Bea Arthur. Bea passed away Saturday, April 25, 2009, at the age of 86.
As you can imagine, I am currently showered with emails, instant messages, and even phone calls from fans all over the world of Bea. I plan to document this day of events on this page to share with her fans, as well as, some comments that I would like to pass along to the community from the community itself!
Unfortunately, I need to take care of my own ‘life’ stuff at the same time. After a few weeks, I hopefully will have more time to work on this and the relevant pages of Bea’s passing. In the meantime, I will upload some things of interest making sure her fans are sure to see again why she was so important to not only them but everyone else. This website is a fan site devoted to Bea Arthur, but even more so, to her fans themselves.
Thank you for your comments and in the meantime keep watching Golden Girls and Maude and come back here in the next few weeks!
Take care all,
Kevin Buckstiegel
